About Our Sourdough Process

What is sourdough and why is it special?
Sourdough is bread made through natural fermentation using wild yeast and beneficial bacteria. This process breaks down gluten (in traditional bread) and phytic acid, making it more digestible and nutritious while creating incredible flavor.

How long does your fermentation process take?
Our gluten-free sourdough undergoes a slow fermentation process of 12-24 hours, allowing the natural cultures to develop complex flavors and improve digestibility.

Can I buy your sourdough starter?
Yes! We sell our Organic Gluten-Free Sourdough Starter with complete instructions for maintaining and baking with it at home.
