Welcome to Healthy Haven Bakery. By placing an order, booking a workshop, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Healthy Haven Bakery is a home-based artisan bakery located in Langley, BC, Canada. All products are made in small batches in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen using organic, whole-food ingredients sourced exclusively from Canadian Gluten-Free Suppliers.

2. Orders & Products

All baked goods are made fresh to order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the ingredients and allergen information for your selected products.

Orders must be placed with sufficient advance notice as indicated on each product page.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on food products.
Local pickup only — available in Langley, BC. No shipping of baked goods at this time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if ingredients are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfil it safely.

3. Workshop Bookings

By registering for a Healthy Haven Bakery workshop (in-person or online), you agree to the following:

3.1 Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Workshop spots are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

All workshop registrations are final sale — no refunds.
If you need to cancel 7 or more days before the workshop date, you may transfer your spot to another person or receive a credit toward a future workshop.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are not eligible for transfers or credits.
To request a transfer or credit, contact us at healthyhaven.bakery@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Healthy Haven Bakery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund or credit will be offered.

3.3 Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All recipes, techniques, methods, and workshop materials shared during Healthy Haven Bakery workshops are the proprietary intellectual property of Healthy Haven Bakery.

By attending a workshop, you agree to the following:

Recipes and techniques learned in our workshops are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, teach, sell, publish, or commercially distribute any recipes, methods, or materials shared during our workshops.
You may not use our workshop content to create competing products or services for sale.
Written recipe cards and handouts provided during workshops are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or shared without prior written permission from Healthy Haven Bakery.

We love that you're passionate about gluten-free baking — we simply ask that you respect the time, creativity, and expertise that goes into developing our recipes and teaching methods.

4. Allergen Disclaimer

Allergen Disclaimer: Our products do not contain wheat and are made with organic gluten-free ingredients sourced exclusively from Canadian Gluten-Free Suppliers. All products are prepared in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

It is the customer's responsibility to review all ingredient lists and make informed decisions based on their individual dietary needs and allergies. Healthy Haven Bakery is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our products.

5. Image & Content Use

All photographs, images, written content, and branding on this website are the original work of Healthy Haven Bakery and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. For full details, please review our Image Use Policy.

6. Privacy

We collect only the personal information necessary to process your orders and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. By placing an order or booking a workshop, you consent to us contacting you regarding your order or booking.

7. Changes to These Terms

Healthy Haven Bakery reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
