Our Commitment to Quality
At Healthy Haven Bakery, we take pride in crafting fresh, organic, gluten-free sourdough products with care and attention. Our bakery is a home-based operation in Langley, BC, and every product is made to order with love. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to enjoy every bite.
Perishable Products Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-baked bread and cakes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up.
Quality Guarantee
All paid orders are final sale. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged or defective
- Incorrect (wrong item or missing items)
Any concerns regarding defective items or discrepancies from what was ordered — must be raised at the time of pickup, before leaving. Once the order has left our premises, we are unable to process claims for incorrect or defective products.
If an issue is identified at pickup, please let us know immediately and we will work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
All workshop registrations are final sale — no refunds. As a small home-based bakery, each workshop is prepared with limited capacity and ingredients sourced specifically for registered participants.
If you need to cancel 7 or more days before the workshop, you may transfer your spot to another person or receive a credit toward a future workshop. To request a transfer or credit, please contact us at healthyhaven.bakery@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Healthy Haven Bakery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund or credit will be offered.
No-Show Policy
If you do not pick up your order during your scheduled pickup window and do not contact us within 24 hours, your order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Local Pickup Only
All orders are for local pickup only in Langley, BC. As a home-based bakery, we do not operate a retail storefront. Pickup details and address will be shared with you after your order is confirmed. We do not ship perishable products.
