Our workshops are designed for all skill levels, from curious beginners to experienced home bakers ready to master the art of naturally leavened, gluten-free bread. You'll learn the techniques Iryna has refined over years of dedicated practice — using ancient grains, a live sorghum sourdough starter, and zero commercial yeast, gums, or fillers.
